... Hi Mabent, The result of my sleep study was mild sleep apnea, for which I'm now being treated with CPAP. Using the mask has made matters worst as far as the insomnia is concerned. If you look on the side effects, you will likely read that vivid dreams are a side effect of this medication, and I experience them too.
