... Hi, so for awhile now i've been wondering if the time it takes for me to fall asleep is normal. Everyone I know is asleep within 10 minutes however, it takes me nearly an hour to fall asleep every night. If i don't have a good nights sleep it will take a few nights to sleep well as im so paranoid about not sleeping. ... (3 replies)
