... I've noticed often that I have a hard time trying to get to sleep (can't stop thinking, tiny noises bothering me etc), and staying asleep (tiny things wake me up and keep me up). Over the past week, it has been worse than usual.
My usual bedtime: 9-10pm - 6am
Sunday/Monday: did not fall asleep until 3am
Monday/Tuesday: slept 9 hours (VERY good for me!!)
