... I agree, if trazdone works good for your mother than its a good chance it can for you. The pharmicist told me its the best of all the antidepressants for sleep. It did put me asleep when 15mg of valium wouldn't but it also gave me a rapid heart beat so I had to stop taking it, but I'm very sensitive to medicines, several have given me the rapid heart beat. ... my first advice would be trying taking 3mg of melatonin with 2 tylenol pm. I work 3rd shift, and their is a sleep lap, in the hospital and alot of nurses and doctors uses some type of combo like that. ... (10 replies)
