... No offense but people that suggest melatonin have never truly dealt with chronic insomnia. It may help the person who's sleep patterns are slightly off but does absolutely nothing from chronic cases. ... (3 replies)
... Thank you vtkelley, yes it is frustrating. The gabapentin is the same way. It helps with anxiety but not with sleep. Lorazepam haven't taken it in a couple weeks. When I do take it. It is taken more of them, then 1 10 mg of ambien. I told the doctor I would give the lorazepam a try. But I think I would go back to ambien. I have been taking the melatonin, seems to help but... ... Thanks for the reply, I am willing to try utmost anything to help me sleep - although I do not want to take sleeping tablets for the rest of my life! I will look into the melatonin. I have been researching quite a lot to find cures, I have came across magnesium citrate which I have now ordered of Amazon. People have left really good reviews about it, but it seems to me...
