... k..I was prescribed Lunesta...it does not make me sleepy at all. I got the 7 day free trial. I will not be getting that anymore. So now I have Seroquel 25 mg. I had a hard time waking up once I finally fell to sleep, now my question is if I take like 2 tylenol pm and 1/2 of the 25 mg of the Seroquel will I fall asleep faster or should I just not mix the 2 together, thanks... If that's a possibility in your case, you probably really need a mood stabilizer more than a sleeping pill. Sleeping pills can be useless and can even cause mania in a person with BPD. ... ... I was doing this all the time too. Drinking myself silly till I feel asleep. It feels terrible the next day though so I had to get some help. I am taking Lunesta right now and it helps so much. But now I have decided to stop drinking because it gives me restless sleep. I have felt so much better now. ... (3 replies)
