... Does anyone else get this? Sometimes I will sleep ok but other times if I get up early (say 3:00/4:00) in the morning continually for days on end it starts to affect me and i will get nausea. It always seems to pop up when Im not sleeping well or if Im anxious about something and keep getting up & down all night the same thing will happen (3 replies)

... can be sedating... so much so that you might want to sleep all the time. But they can be useful in helping you establish a solid cycle of sleeping regularly. Elavil worked for me for many years, although I did gain a lot of weight on it. The generic is amitryptiline. ... (5 replies)

... Yes mine is inconsistent too but happening more & more over the past 3 months. The only thing different that I have been taking is either Benadryl or Tylenol PM which again I have been taking more often then ever before. ... I experience that myself. Randomly I will wake up feeling like that even if I have slept all night. Sometimes stress will aggravate it, or sometimes my Adderrall will cause it. It is funny though because it is never consistent. I take Adderrall 3 times a week for hypersomnia. Even if I take it real early, I can fall asleep but end up waking up around 3 or 4 like you describe.... (3 replies)
