My dr. said to try the 50mg and if that does not work go up to 100 mg and I tried that last night and it did help me relax but I was still not sleepy! Any ideas.? Thank you!!!! ... I was told I could take 50 mgs to 150 mgs. I tried all 3 doses and I found out 100 works best for me. 50 wasn't enough and 150 made me too tired the next day. If you can take Trazodone it is good. My doctor says it's a mild prescription. ... (12 replies)
