... 5 hours of sleep is a good stretch for me. Sounds like you need maybe an over the counter sleep aid for a while Tylenol pm ,unisom even Benedryl. Try one of those and you will probably sleep the whole night. True insomnia last longer and gets more frequent and bothersome. :) (2 replies)

These days it is a bit better, now I achieve my regular sleeping time and that is 6-7 hours of sleep, even though I still wake up at that time or even earlier (after about 4.5 hours of sleep) and then wait for at least 30 minutes to fall asleep again.
