... on back to you. Jeff, there are so many withdrawl symptoms, memaw's right about that. That chest discomfort could very well be anxiety from withdrawling from the nicotine also. I think if you had a heart condition, you would have that pain while you work out too, especially so. ... (3 replies)

I HAVE JUST BEEN READING Joel Spitzer QUIT SMOKING IT SAYS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IS GOING COLD TURKEY BECAUSE HE SAYS USING NRT IS JUST PUTING YOU WITHDRAWALS BECAUSE YOU ARE STILL GETTING NOCOTINE I AM ON PATCHES MYSELF JUST A BIT CURIOUS TO SEE IF ANYONE AGREES WITH THIS HE SAYS IT TAKES 72 HOURS FOR THE NICOTINE TO COME OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM SO WE JUST PRELONG IT USING NRT (16 replies)
