... Hi everyone, I am 3 weeks post-op ACDF at C5-C6 for spinal cord impingement, nerve root impingement. I feel okay, but I have a lot of pain at my graft site, and in my shoulders. My NS sent me to PT last week, and the therapist had me doing chin tucks, and various scapula exercises, including lifting a wooden dowel (maybe a pound), 130 reps in all. I had a horrible...
