... if you look at any of the OTC meds for sleep they all contain diphenhydramine which is benadryl..for a lot of people this will work.as far as rx sleep meds you could ask your doc about ambien or sonata if the benadryl doesnt work.. ... (7 replies)

... I have had some new mild pain sort of across my clavicles, and on top of my shoulders, kind of like across the ridge of them from bottom of neck to beginning of upper arms.
