Vicodin or Darvocet - which is stronger?

... For me, the pain relief with Darvocet and Vicodin is about equal for back and leg pain. Neither take the pain away. Taking 2 Darvocet and lying in a tub of hot water helps me relax more and eases the pain some. ... (6 replies)
