... ctor doesn't know if it will be covered or not, because in his opinion and mine, it's not really a cosmetic procedure as it is more a way to hopefully improve my drop foot. So I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I don't have any other insurance, so if it costs too much, I'll have to pass and suffer through it I guess. ... (25 replies)

I recently saw a orthopedic surgeon about my drop foot and my knee snapping back and he suggested I have a botox injection to relax my leg because it's all in the muscle tone. So I'm seeing this other doctor on May 11 to talk about this possibility. ... (25 replies)

... years post stroke. I'm no doctor, but I've a mound of experience in stroke recovery. first of all, I assure you, you did not cause your stroke, your drop foot, nor your hand tremor. these are all caused by your stroke. In my opinion only, the drop foot is your main problem? ... (17 replies)

... there is a doctor in my state that does a surgery to correct the drop foot that works in conjunction with my doctor. but, he days it's irreversible! if say they come up with some kind of better help or even a cure in the future? ... (4 replies)
