The first epesode nearly killed me twice but the relapse just took an addition dose of tamaflu. Not my doc tells me that it can take a long time to recover months and months if your lucky. ... ... Hi, it took about a month for me to get back to 100%. However, I am still being very cautious, eating well, sleeping well, drinking lots of water, taking my vitamins and using lots of hand sanitizers since I work in schools. ... my friend did,went back on tamiflu but 1 of the 4 strains is causing him to ache all over but with no fever or thecan issues,although he is taking FLOROCOL pro biotic heavily and is gettn better fast. had skin temp of 106!!my friend sells it and its flyin off the shelf as best prevention and recovery known for just about anything. ... I'm on day 20 of still feeling pretty tired despite 8-9 hours of sleep a night. I still haven't resumed my normal vigorous level of exercise. Yesterday, while at the acupuncture doc's, a mom was there with her two boys. Both were obnviously very sick - coughing the phlegmy cough the whole time and not cvoering their mouth.
