Your FT4 is around low third of the range and your FT3 at the bottom of it so it's no wonder you're having symptoms. Sometimes thyroid antibodies can make TSH remain seemingly normal with hypoT, pituitary glands also react differently so someone else might have a very high TSH with those types of freeTs. TSH really doesn't tell the whole truth.
