... Currently I have a TSH of 2.82 and my doctor would like to get it below 2. He wants me to take Levoxyl, but I'm trying to avoid that if I can. There is no one within my area and price range who will prescribe Armour. Does anyone know if the over the counter raw thyroid (like Natural Sources) would be able to help me nudge the TSH down to 2 or below??? (6 replies)

... If your doctor thinks you could use levoxyl, you should give it a try, it's easiest to get, not too expensive, and if it works (which it does for many) you will feel better, and be under the care of a doctor in case there is any problem. (6 replies)
