... I know I have read many times how much the tsh can fluctuate with Hashi's. People will have a tsh of 5, 2 weeks later .75 or vice versa. It can change fast sometimes. I think that's why docs need to go by Free levels. I think antibodies can screw up tsh. It's been proven. ... (1 replies)

... Yes you could aim to have my FT3 around that level, of course you have to try it to find "the best level" for you (and the best level can also change over time). The time it takes to get to that level is also an individual thing as in the beginning of the medication we don't know how our bodies react to the med and what the dose needed is but it took me like 2 months to feel...
