... Hey Pevan, I forgot to mention in earlier post you can have the gel injection done in the office with your Dr. They hold toungue down and go in thru mouth. I couldnt/wouldn't do it that way as I have a real strong gag reflex both dr and I decided we wanted me "out".;) (7 replies)

How did they perform your procedure ? Did you have to remain silent ( completly ) silent for 3 days ? I'm very anxious to have this done and would like to have some insight.
