Hi Lindy:
I haven't tried this but I would be extremely leary of any over the counter pill promising to cure all my symptoms. If it was as easy as taking a pill none of us would be suffering anymore.

Judging by the name and description, this probably works to increase seratonin in your body. Seratonin is a "feel good" hormone that fights adrenaline. Adrenaline builds up in your body when it is stressed- such as in tmj conditions. This is why is could be helpful. Basically, it might make you feel a little less stressed. Like a mild valium. Valium by the way is a seratonin increasing drug, as is prozac. This is probably the mildest legal form of this type of thing. Which probably means it is not strong enough to be that effective anyway. Myself, I wouldn't mess with this type of thing without a doctor's supervision.
to all, thank you for the advice. im glad someone responded who actually tried it.im not sure ill go that route....but its nice to get feedback on it just in case...im getting a second opinion from another doctor about my tmj and im going to find out about splint therapy. :)
