... It's TMJ disorderwhich I have. You should go to the dentist and get a splint or a night guard makde. I wear a splint which I have to wear 24/7 and a nightguard you only wear at night. Do you have pain 24/7? Don't chew gum or eat hard foods. (2 replies)
