... Your symptoms sound exactly like TMJ. Mine started like yours 15 mos ago now. It was an ache on the left side of my face, starting in my ear and going down my neck just like yours. Splint advice

... Hi!! I was hoping to find some guidance here about my splint. I have been wearing a splint meant to allow my muscles to rest and that brings my jaw forward a little for about 4 months. These are some of the symptoms I had before I started splint therapy: -Temporal headaches and headaches over the eyes for many years -Tinnitus constant so far doesn't change frequency... (5 replies)
... I've had all of that at one time or another ...and more. Also, if you can find a PT facility with a pool ...It is much easier on the joints to do the exercises in the water ...Noooo not the jaw exercises though ...LOL ..Just the ones for your spine, etc. ... (63 replies)

... line. I don't seem to be subluxing and i hold my adjustments pretty well. I've cut back on my Chiro to about once a week recently. I'm told the crackling could cler up with the glucosamine. I hope so. I also notice that after a massage the noise isn't as bad. Also, diet has a lot to do with it. ... (6 replies)
