... This may have been asked before, but it may be useful to hear more experiences. Is there anybody that has used or uses the NTI (Nociceptive Trigeminal Inhibition) splint? It is the splint (mouth guard) that fits on the front teeth only and that is supposed to suppress clenching. Did it help and when did you wear it? Thank you for any feedback.
