You need to get a medical treatment; you need to find a dentist that specializes in TMJ - this is easier said then done - but if you don't treat it is likely going to get worse not better - don't mean to scare you but that's been my personal experience. But after speaking further with the ortho, the problem is right now the ortho wants to do a mould of my teeth to design the treatment plan and I can't open wide enough to do that.
