Start with your family doctor - while everyone is different your symptoms don't sound like typical tmj symptoms to me - and I'm not a doctor or dentist so I could very well be wrong - but usually TMJ suffferers have pain in the joint of the jaw - right in front of your ear - have pain that worsens when chewing or opening wide; have clicking or popping sounds in the joint; and... Jaw locks
