I had problems with my wisdom teeth when I was about 18 yrs old - just a lot of pressure on my upper front teeth and some clicking between them and this nasally, heavey headed feeling like sinus pressure. Now I wear that overlay and get mild pain killers and a muscle relaxer. Zanex too of course. ... Those symptoms sound very familiar, particularly the slight popping on one side and grinding on the other, however, the tmj specialists suggested it to be something else. A lot of those specialists look for a loud, very audible crack or pop but I suppose cases may vary. ... (3 replies)
