... I get all these problems and I have always been grinding my teeth since I was a tot. I have no energy, painful glands, sore throat, muscle aches and pains. And migraines. As well as a nasty bites to my tongue! My dentist suggests having a guard made to protect my teeth and reduce the tension pressure on my jaw. This will cost me £95 but it might be I'm not sleeping...
