I did the trigger point injections once when my jaw locked up and although I did not experience the same results or adverse affects you did I found they did little to help - so I never had them done again. Personally I can't see any benefit to numbing a painful site - I know they say this sometimes helps nerves calm down and relax but they seem to aggravate them if you ask me.... (6 replies)
