... Quite possible. Vitamin D deficiency has been reported to contribute to muscle dysfunction, fatigue, general feeling of being ill, fogginess, increased risk for autoimmune disorders, MS, and the list goes on, so studies have said. So, if you TMD symptoms were mainly muscular in nature, I would say it is a possibility. Congrats to you on feeling better. (13 replies)

... After suffering severe TMJ for months, I am currently being treated for a severe vitamin D deficiency, and after 4 weeks on 50,000 IU's, my TMJ is 90% improved without any other treatment. Does this make sense? (13 replies)

For the last 2 years I've been experiencing twitching and kind of numb-ish or tingling sensations in the left side of my face.
