... You can take your temps. You chart them and look for patterns and you also can use OPK to predict ovulation. I know that you can ovulate twice in a cycle I am not sure how common it is or if that is the reason for you having two periods in a month. I would also maybe talk to a Dr too. ... (1 replies)

... I know identical twins is not heredity but fraternal twins are. I just saw a thing on tv called, "in the womb" it talked about twins. I don't think ovulating from both ovaries is common, but I read up on how some woman can ovulate two or more times in one month. ... (4 replies)
