If you are serious about charting, I would definitely recommend that you read it. Also, if you search for how to chart BBT, you will find a lot more detailed information than I can give. ... ... Ovulation is .2 degrees over the previous 6 or 7 temps. I use 6. The coverline is drawn .1 degree over the previous 6. It's really a visual cue to help you recognize when you do ovulate. It can change the entire cycle given your last 6 temps, before you ovulate. My daily temps had been mostly 97. ... (6 replies)
