... If you have a short cycle then you probably do O early. Just a word about O cramps though, cramping is a really poor way to tell if you are Oing or not. ... same time in the shower a while ago. I hope this isn't too much info, but I just put my leg up on the shower ledge and put two fingers in. Make sure you're hands are clean too! It's also a good way to check your mucus. I did it for a number of months. If you feel it enough, you get the idea of what's going on. ... (4 replies)
