... I was told that I had polyps from my endo biopsy and after the D&C none were found. I had mine done with a hysteroscopy. Did they do your with one? If not, they could have missed it, but not likely since it is suppose to have been a large one. I am still bleeding after a week from having the D& C. Nurse said it was normal. ... ot yet stopped. I went to the doctor and she did an ultrasound and found a 64mm polyp, my uterine lining was thickened and I had fluid in my uterus. I only had small fibroids on my ovaries and I should not have been ovulating and so I am confused as to how the fluid made it's way to my uterus. ... (0 replies)

... Ultrasounds are best done 1 or 2 days after a "full" period ends since that is when the lining is thinnest. Of course, it can be hard to know when that is if perimenopause has caused a lot of irregular bleeding.
