... You only need one each year, but getting two wont hurt you or really benefit you either. It's an inactivated vaccine (if you get the shot, not the spray) so you shouldn't have any problem getting vaccinated twice. (Sometimes I've gotten one in October and another one in January or February). (2 replies)
