I have been trying to make lifestyle changes to lose weigth since february and i have been able to make small changes like cut out drinking soda and drink more water and reduce the amount of take-aways and crips/chocolate i eat but i haven't lost any... (5 replies)

1 thing (as somebody said) is calorie control; restrict the amount of calories you take in, don't eat sweets and all that
but you also have to make sure you are eating enough of the right things (say oily fish, beans, soup, chickpeas, fresh vegetables etc)

I'd been mostly an observer of this forum (time to time) and found out to be very helpful, motivating.
