... hi, I seen one of those machines at wal-mart over the weekend. I'm not sure how good they are?(quality) but it looks pretty good, it had the bench that you sit on and the cables that lift the weights in the rear with the pin that you pull out to change the weights, it had weights up to 100lbs at 12 lbs interables, has the bar just above the bench that you use to life...
