... In my own experience sweets make me crave sweets. If I eat sugary foods I crave them more and therfore eat them more often. I did the South Beach diet years ago and craved sweets like crazy during the first two weeks. After two weeks of no (or very little) sugar my sweet cravings disappeared. (4 replies)
