... Thanks Chelle for responding. I agree .. all I probably need is to use the dusty treadmill and more closely watch what I eat. I've always known it's a lifestyle change and not something you can quickly fix. As far as how long I've been using the treadmill .. funny you ask. About 3 days! ... (6 replies)
