I think Pilates would be a very good workout for you since Pilates concentrates on strengthening and stabilizing core muscles plus it also provides flexibility and balance. All of their exercises focus on abs, butt, inner thighs and all the little helper muscles that create a strong torso and good posture. I have a Winsor Pilates dvd program and am reading a book...
