I've heard some good stuff about this exercise. Is it best done a few times a week plus aerobics and weights? Is it enough to lose weight? Unfortunately the website doesnt go into many details and I dont like how specific "extra" exercises are sold separately so that you're out a good $100 for everything. ... I have the 3 tapes that photo has as well, and I recommend the beginner one so you know how to breathe properly and move since that is essential to your success. I love the accelerated tapes! They take a long time, but you feel it working, and I could see results happening within the first week, and took measurements as well that showed results. I totally recommend them.

Whether it be Pilates, or any other way that you can build and maintain muscle, it along with staying active (ie walking, et...) is the only true way to lose and maintain your weight.

Most people who don't weigh and measure end up consuming up to 30% more calories than they realize, simply because they are guessing wrong about portions.
