... I would definately try watching your diet. Expecially during the holidays. If you read other posts on here you will find out this things that really set the reflux off. Like spicy foods, red sauces, coffee and chocolate. All this things I love to it. Adjustments have to be made, at least for a little while. Hang in there. ... (6 replies)
