... Hi all, I'm starting to wonder if being "constipated" (even in the loosest sense) can lead to worse reflux. I have no absolute patterns yet, but there is an inkling to me that if I wait more than 28 hrs or so for a new BM, I feel more bloated and also get more of the dreaded "burping" which means definite reflux in my case (heartburn, sore throat return fast on burping)....
