... gh acid, or too much. Try fresh lemon juice squeezed into fresh water and sip. It may seem like torture, but I've been on this end, and it was a life daver. If after an hour you feel better, you are not acidic enough. Stop taking acid reducers if you are on them. If it, feels worse, I recommend the apple cider vinegar route. ... (25 replies)
