Just found out through an endoscopy that I also have gastritis. My GP told me a few months ago that I have costochondritis. ... Yea it turns out that it was Acid Reflux disease. My main problem was too much tomato sauce(I eat a lot of pasta and pizza, which is def not good for anyone who has ARD. ) (5 replies)

... Sounds like it could be that "Costochondritis". I had that last year, and it was so painful, mine too started with the same pain under my left breast. It's an inflammation of the ribs, or the muscle between the ribs, something like that. They treat it with anti inflammatories. I took 800 mg Motrin. ... It sounds to me like you have acid reflux. Cut out the rubbish from your diet and eat smaller meals, is my advice. I cannot have alcohol, chocolate, salad, fatty foods, acidic fruits, fizzy drinks and I eat small meals. (1 replies)
