Sleep apnea can cause acid reflux, a spacey feeling during the day, fatigue, irritability, and numerous other problems. ... Hi Dave, Your symptoms are very like mine, i get extremely irritable and tired when my gerd is at me. I do get light headedness but i put that down to sinusitis, which i suffer from. your stomach is one of the most important organs in your body and if thats out of sync your body just wont function properly. ... Hi guys. Search for "LPR" and "GERD" on the internet. LPR is a type of reflux that has very little to no heartburn, but causes shortness of breath etc. I definately have this. I have noticed that when I consume dairy products my symptoms are much worse. It seems the stomach pressure/bloating is causing the reflux, high heartrate, etc. (28 replies)
