... Thank you Hayley for your great advise. Yesterday I did not sleep well and I had a bad morning, until I got home and rested. I read that chewing a carrot helps a lot. Also read that the Aloe helps to heal the GI track. What about juicing? Has anybody tried it? I am going to try to make at least 3x a week carrot, ginger , apple, fennel, beet, and some cabbage.
