If you are on PPI's, though, make sure you take calcium citrate and vitamin D3 to increase the rate of absorption. Thank you I'm really happy to get the results I have I went cold turkey with the ppi as the specialist reckoned it was best Rebound happened and I actually think it's still simmering underneath....if I went out and ate some bad foods I think I would be really suffering. ... Hi - want to give a update, so I re-started on the Aciphex after I had stopped it from March 15 to April 15. That is when I had a severe rebound causing me to go back. So I stopped again August 20/22.
