... That sounds a lot like me. Chest pain ALL the time. Your symptom of feeling burning when eating something spicey is classic heartburn, same with the feeling you need to burp. Have you been to a doc? Medication and lifestyle changes help most people (although not me anymore!!) (2 replies)
