B5 did i for me!

Hi all, I havent been on this BB for ages! The reason is I have been taking 10 g of B5 vit. daily, with zinc and copper, since last september. It has been six months and I can count the pimples on the fingers of ONE hands since a while! I'm clear, I am no more an acne girl, I'm friggin normal!!! I still have to deal with my red marks and little scars, and I'm going to use a microdermabrasion home kit. I have heard a lot of mixed comments about these, but I have realistic expectations, as I dont have deep scarring. I just feel my complexion needs a boost!

Anyway, to everybody hesitating about b5, just go for it!

You also have to make changes to your diet accordingly, no sugar, processed food, regular exercice (I do yoga). Drink a lot of water and green tea.

Thats pretty much what I have been doing. Also, dont put too much junk on your face! don't overload your skin with medication. Use hypoallergenic and fragrance free products as much as possible.

Heres daily routine :

*Wash my face with a facial clothes and Spectro Gel (it is a non-soap dermatological antibacterial cleanser), and rince WELL

* Nivea Q-10 eye cream around my eyes

* Tea three oil directly an my face, all over (Be careful with that, you want want to diluate it)

*Neo-Strata 8%glycolic acid toner all over

*Morning :Sothys sunscreen lotion fps 12
Night : L'Oreal revitalift night (since my skin is a bit dry with our CRAZY Canadian Winters)

*Make up, oil free liquid base from the Body shop. My make-up is minimal, concealer for the remaining red marks and undereye rings, Body Shop blush and BS lipsick.

*at nigh: Green clay mask or warming mask from the body shop
