Hiya Prometheus, SweetJade, and other diet experts :wave: . I have a few questions about nuts and the diet. I eat alot of nuts and seeds, especially brazil nuts. I read that I could overdose on selenium by eating too many brazil that true? I'm looking for some other options of nuts to add into my daily intake (that are still skin friendly). Are walnuts, pecans, and pine nuts okay? I know that peanuts and cashews are usually out. I generally eat almonds, brazil nuts, and filberts, along with sunflower and sometimes pumpkin seeds. Thanks for the info :)
