Morning: 2 grams B5 with 600 mcg Biotin.
Noon: 2 grams B5 with 600 mcg Biotin.
after lunch: One B complex Vitamin (ie. B-50)
Late afternoon: 2 grams B5 with 600mcg Biotin.
Night: 2 grams B5 with 600 mcg Biotin.

Clear?

You may also find that taking these will help improve your B5 treatment, but are not needed to see B5's results.
Brewer's Yeast. Increased doses of Inositol & Choline. L-Methionine. More Folic Acid.

A note NOT to take too much of the B complex. B12 has been shown to triger acne breakouts and keep them up indefenetly. (more than 100 mcg a day should do that to most people)
While B6 has been shown to lesson PMS acne in women if taken consistantly. (50 mg a day for more than a month)

Is it ok to consume other vitamins like A,E,E,selenium,Zinc(50mcg),chromium picolinate w/o any interference?
